We find that there is an absolute fault on the part of the petitioner to make a wrongful prayer in the petition challenging the Government Resolution prescribing a cut off date for depriving the Government servants of the pension scheme and applying the new defined contributory pension to them. However, with a view to do complete justice in the matter we would wish to review the order
