Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a typographical mistake, in third line of second paragraph of order passed by this Court on 24.7.2017 has occurred. The same is as under:

"He submitted that liberty be granted to the applicant to move proper application before the appropriate Court if he has been implicated as an accused by the State C.I.D.. Prayer is accepted."

According to learned counsel for the applicant, the typographical mistake is that word "NOT" is not inserted. It appears that there is a typographical mistake. Therefore, following paragraph No.2 shall be incorporated in order dated 24.7.2017 in its original place.
