Applicants are seeking modification of a direction to deposit cost of Rs. 10,000/-, issued by this Court while dismissing the Criminal Application No.390/2015, which came to be filed by them along with Applicant no.1. Applicant no.1 was a complainant and at his instance cognizance was taken on a complaint against the applicant nos. 2 to 4. 3.

This Court found that a joint application

Order 1610appp1166.15 was filed because of pressure and threat brought by the applicant nos. 2 to 4 on the applicant no.1, therefore, costs have been imposed.

It is not in dispute that the said direction cannot be reviewed by this Court. We also cannot sit in appeal over it. Prayer for modification is on the ground that the applicant nos. 2 to 4 are very poor and therefore, not in a position to comply with the order. 5.

We find that in the order dated 06.08.2015, their omission to pay is also taken care of. We therefore, find no case made out warranting an order of modification. Accordingly, without observing anything on the merits, we dispose of the Criminal Application. No costs.
