DATED : 03/03/2021 By these applications, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 2845 days in filing the appeal to challenge the judgment and decree dated 23.08.2011 in Land Acquisition Reference Case No.5 of 2007.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall not claim any interest for the delayed period.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. The Applicant shall not be entitled for any interest for the delayed period from the date of the impugned judgment till the date of filing of the appeal.

FIRST APPEAL NO. ________ OF 2021 Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that
