This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers it reveals that a small boy of two years is succumbed to the death due to the assault by the present applicant as well as his mother was also assaulted. Considering the nature of the offence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 3.

In view of that learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.

Permission is granted.
