Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 5th of February, 2016.

The respondents be served by R.P.A.D. in addition to regular mode of service.

Civil Application [CAF] No.2769/2015 :- The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/ appellant submits that 50% of the amount of award has already been deposited before the reference court.

Hence, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (i) of the civil application, which shall continue to operate pending the decision of the appeal.

The appellant to deposit balance 50% of the decretal amount in this Court within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the civil application shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

The civil application stands disposed of.
