DATE :- OCTOBER 14, 2022 The petitioner seeks to amend the writ petition by placing on record information received under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Such information has been received during the pendency of the proceedings. By filing reply the respondent no.5 has opposed the prayer for amendment. It is stated that the allotment of the tank in its favour is not liable to be disturbed by referring to documents sought to be placed on record in the amendment application.

We find that at this stage it is not necessary to consider the correctness of the pleadings sought to be amended. It would be open for the respondents to file their additional reply in opposition of the pleadings as amended. Hence the civil application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. The respondents are at liberty to file their additional affidavit in reply in response. The civil application is disposed of.
