If the amount is deposited within two weeks, the execution of impugned award shall stand stayed till the decision of the appeal.

First Appeal No.786 of 2015.

Considering the facts of the case, in my view, the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) (legal representatives of original claimant) are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount. The amount be given to the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) in equal proportion i.e. 1/4th of 50%, each.
