JUDGMENT

(PER : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.) RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith considering the limited relief sought in the writ petition.

The petitioner who is a student seeks verification of his tribe claim to be completed within a specific period so as to permit him to pursue his further education.

WP 5496-21 Judgment 3.

Considering the aforesaid, the respondent no.2-Scrutiny Committee is directed to complete the process of verifying the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of production of this order before the Scrutiny Committee. The tribe claim of the petitioner be decided in accordance with law by giving an opportunity to the petitioner.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Rule accordingly.
