He submits that direction be issued to the learned Sessions Judge to decide the trial as expeditiously as possible in view of the fact that the charges are already framed.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Wardha to try and dispose of Sessions Trial No.13/2017 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible and not later than the period of one year from today.
