Perused the order dated 6th September, 2017 passed by this Court. Vide the said order, this Court was pleased to stay the proceedings before the trial Court till the question of issuance of summons, which is under challenge before the revisional Court, is decided. The stay granted by this Court vide order dated 6th September, 2017 is confirmed and the petition is disposed of by issuing the following direction; (i) The learned Sessions Judge before whom the Criminal Revision No.19/2017 is pending, shall decide the same, after hearing the parties, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

It is made clear that this petition has not been considered on merits. All contentions of both the parties

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
