By these applications, learned counsel appearing for applicant/petitioner is seeking to condone the delay of 120 days in filing application for bringing legal representatives of the petitioner on record and further to condone delay of 60 days in filing application for setting aside abatement and to bring legal representatives on record. Learned counsel appearing for respondents have no objection.

For the reasons set out in the applications, the applications are allowed as prayed for. The delay is condoned. 4.

Permission is granted to bring legal representatives of the petitioner on record.
