Civil Application [W] NO.2071/2015 Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the contents of Writ Petition No.34/2015.

On a reading of the writ petition and the prayers made therein, it is necessary to believe that the counsel for the petitioners has wrongly sought permission to withdraw Writ Petition No.34/2015. The prayer made in the application is, therefore, granted. The order dated 25.8.2015 in Writ Petition No.34/2015 is recalled. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The writ petition may be listed for admission in due course. Civil Application (W) No.2072/2015 With the restoration of the writ petition, the interim order would automatically revive. There was no necessity of filing the civil application. Since the interim order stands revived, the civil application stands disposed of.
