DATE : 05-03-2025 In terms of the order dated 11-7-2024 a report has been placed on record dated 30-8-2024 along with the pursis dated 20-2-2025, which indicates that an amount of Rs.3,06,448/- equivalent to 20% for the duration 15-3-2019 to 31-5-2019 was payable by the State, which has been paid on 31-3-2022. Mr. Jibhkate, learned Counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute receipt of this amount. Report also says that 80% of the share of the management for the aforesaid duration comes to Rs.12,25,794/-, which amount has been deposited in this Court. We are, therefore, inclined to accept the calculations made by the Deputy Director of Education, in view of the order of this Court dated 11-7-2024.

2 cp304.23 The same, therefore, disposes of this petition. The amount of Rs.12,25,794/- deposited in this Court by the respondent No.1, be paid over to the petitioner.
