The applicants are arrested in connection with Crime No.347/2016, registered with P.S.Katol,District-Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c),20(b), (c),22,29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropics Substances Act r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first bail application filed by the present applicants was registered as Criminal Application (BA)No.590/2017 and this Court (Corum:Z.A.Haq,J.) vide order dated 17/7/2017 dismissed the application after considering the application on merits. No change in circumstances is pointed out to this Court. Hence, application stands rejected.
