The application has been filed for quashing and setting aside the first information report registered against the applicant vide Crime No.225/2016 with the Police Station Kurha, Tahsil Tiwsa, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the afÏdavit-in-reply filed on behalf of non-applicant no.1, it is stated that during investigation, it is found that the allegations levelled against the present applicant and the other accused

2 apl.671.16 are baseless and that non-applicant no.2 tried to mislead the police authorities. It is further stated that the Investigating OfÏcer has forwarded the proposal to the Sub-Divisional Police OfÏcer, SubDivision Chandur Railway for permission to file 'B' Summary in the matter.

In that view of the matter, the purpose of filing the application is served. The application is thus disposed of accordingly.
