Shri De, the learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.3, 4 and 6 states that the respondent Nos.4 and 6 had requested the respondent No.5 to withdraw the impugned order. Shri Rode, the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1,2 and 5 states on instructions and on the basis of the communication dated 07th July, 2015, a copy of which is placed on record that the impugned order dated 09th September, 2014 has been cancelled by the communication of the Deputy Director of Education dated 07th July, 2015.

In view of the statement recorded hereinabove, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *rrg.
