APRIL 24, 2025 On 14/11/2024, following order was passed :

"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has expired. He seeks time to take appropriate steps. Steps be taken within two weeks from today. List thereafter." 2] Thereafter, the petition was listed on 6/1/2025 when similar such request was made.

3] Today is yet another day when the petitioner's Counsel is seeking time on the ground that the petitioner has expired and requires time to take appropriate steps.

4] Considering the time span that has been taken by the Counsel to take instruction, it appears that the legal representatives of the petitioner are not interested in prosecuting the petition.

5] Nonetheless, as of now, the petition stands abated.
