Learned APP invited our attention to para no. 4 of the reply filed by the non-applicant no. 1 dated 12/03/2019, copy of which is received by the applicant on 01/07/2019. Inspite of the applicant being aware that charge-sheet is already filed, no steps are taken by the applicant to challenge the charge-sheet filed against her. In view of the filing of charge-sheet and there being no challenge to the filing of the charge-sheet, relief as prayed by the applicant as on today, cannot be granted. The criminal application is dismissed. The applicant will be at liberty to raise challenge to the chargesheet by adopting appropriate proceedings in appropriate forum.
