19809 of 2015 for restoration of Second Appeal St.No.16752 of 2012 by setting aside the order of Registrar dated 06-12-2012.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned.

The Civil Application No.2104 of 2015 is allowed.

Second Appeal St.No.16752 of 2012 is restored to file.

The learned Counsel for the applicants to inform about the restoration to the non-applicant in writing.

The learned Counsel for the applicants is expected to remove all office objections within a period of six weeks.
