DATE : 08.09.2017 In order dated 26/4/2017 there is no expressed direction to release salary after restoration of approval. Approval has been restored on 29/5/2017.

After this order and restoration of approval, applicant has submitted a representation and pointed out that the release of salary is incidental to restoration of approval. Representation is in the shape of legal notice dated 5/8/2017. We find such an issue cannot be looked into in contempt jurisdiction. However, we leave said contention open and as we find that contempt petition has been filed hurriedly, with liberty to petitioners to approach again in contempt jurisdiction, if cause is not redressed, within reasonable time, we dispose of the contempt petition. No costs.
