D ATE : JANUARY 2 , 202 The applicants have sought quashing of chargesheet dated 11/2/2020 by seeking to urge various factual aspects.

We find that the applicants can be permitted to invoke jurisdiction under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for raising challenge to the chargesheet.

Hence, with liberty to the applicants to avail such remedy as is permissible before the trial Court, the present application is not entertained. All points raised are kept open. The application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
