Learned counsel for the appellants sought leave to withdraw the application for suspension of sentence with liberty. While we granted the said prayer, in paragraphs 2 and 3, it is wrongly recorded that the appellants sought leave to withdraw the appeal, and that the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The word "appeal" in line 2 in paragraph 2 be substituted by "application" and similarly, word "appeal" in line 1 of paragraph 3 be substituted by "application". 4.
