Heard Shri A.R. Ingole, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri M.J. Khan, learned A.P.P. for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 and Shri A.J. Pathak, learned counsel for respondent no.6.

After orders of this Court dated 22.09.2016, respondent no.6 was called by respondent no.2 at its Antop Hill Police Station and his statement is recorded.

Shri Pathak, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6, informs that respondent no.1 at Nagpur has also recorded his statement and thereafter

According to learned counsel for petitioner, some transactions have taken place at Nagpur and offence has also been committed at Nagpur.

Transfer of investigation by respondent no.1 Hudkeshwar Police Station to respondent no.2 is not assailed before us.

As respondents have taken cognizance, present challenge as raised is rendered infructuous. However, with liberty to petitioner to raise appropriate challenge, if occasion therefor arise, we dispose of the present proceedings. No costs.
