DATE : 28/06/2023 The present application is filed by the applicant under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, seeking condonation of delay of 131 days in filing the Second Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 03/04/2021.

Though the learned counsel for the nonapplicant has opposed the application, learned counsel for appellant has rightly pointed out that the Hon'ble Apex Court for the purpose of computing the period of limitation, has excluded the period of Covid-19 pandemic which commenced from 23/03/2020 and concluded on 28/02/2022.
