22nd September, 2016 Private parties have amicably settled the controversy and tendered a joint Compromise Pursis vide St. No. 3284/16. The offences are under Sections 354-A, 323 and 504 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

We have perused the grievances as made in the First Information Report. It reveals that mere wrong

utterances were made after seeing the child. As such, we accept the Joint Compromise Pursis.

Accordingly, Rule is made absolute in terms of Prayer Clause [I].
