DATED : 16-1-2015 Heard Shri Asghar Hussain, the learned Advocate for the applicant. This appeal is filed by the claimant. The non-applicant No.1-owner of the vehicle involved in the accident is served at the earlier stage of the proceedings by paper publication. The non-applicant No. 1 is having knowledge about the pendency of the proceedings before this Court.

In view of this, the requirement of serving the notice of this appeal again on the non-applicant No.1 is dispensed.

The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
