Heard Shri S. I. Ghatte, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri M.K. Pathan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who also made available to us the investigation papers including the injury report. 2.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and after perusing the investigation papers as submitted for our perusal by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, Shri Ghatte, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the application.
