O R D E R

(Passed on 12th November, 2022) The claimant/appellant Nos.1, 2, 3 & 5 and the respondents along with their respective Counsel are present. The matter has been settled on the terms contained in Form "N". The parties, particularly appellant Nos.1, 2, 3 & 5 admit the execution of agreement. Claimant/appellant No.4 is absent. She appeared through Video call before the Lok Adalat. The learned Counsel for the appellants identified her. She also admits the terms of settlement. Thus the parties have settled the dispute on the terms contained in Form "N". Appellant No.5 was minor at the time of filing of appeal. It has been informed by learned Counsel for the appellants that appellant No.5 now becomes major. In view of that, the judgment and award dated 28/06/2013 is modified in terms of the Form "N". The claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per the order of the Court.

First Appeal No.79 of 2014 is disposed of accordingly. Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants as per rules. Excess amount, if any remains after disbursement of settled amount, be refunded to the respondents.
