Mr. Shahrukh Shah, learned counsel for the appellant states that most of the office objections have been cleared but some objections cannot be cleared because the appellant has filed along with memo of appeal the copies that he received along with charge-sheet. Accordingly, the remaining office objections are dispensed with. 5.
