The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 3075 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 05/01/2011 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.308/2007. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to waive interest for the delayed period i.e. from the date of the impugned judgment till the date of the application. In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, delay is condoned. The applicant shall not be entitled for any interest for the delayed period of 3075 days.
The civil application stands disposed of.
Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.
