The petitioner-husband and the respondent No.1wife have tendered compromise pursis in both the aforesaid petitions. The said compromise pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

By the said compromise pursis, the petitionerhusband and the respondent No.1-wife have decided to settle their matrimonial dispute amicably and have decided to stay together, on certain terms, which have been set out, in the said compromise pursis. In view of the amicable settlement, the petitioner-husband and the respondent No.1-wife have

In view of the said compromise pursis, nothing survives for consideration in both the aforesaid petitions and accordingly both the petitions are disposed of. All the parties to act upon the authenticate copy of this order.
