DATE D : 08/05/2024 The only grievance raised in the petition, is the non consideration of the Ph.D. thesis of the petitioners for evaluation and award of degree as per Rules.

The reply filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 dated 14/03/2024 vide paragraph No.4 indicates that the respondents have already started the evaluation procedure for the Ph.D. thesis of the petitioners, even prior to 23/01/2024.

Shri Atul Pande, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, upon instructions, makes a statement that the process shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from today. Accepting the statement, the petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
