The application is filed by the applicants who are the legal heirs of the original appellant for bringing them on record and for condonation of delay and setting aside the abatement. There is delay of 650 days in bringing the legal heirs of the appellant on record.

The learned counsel for appellant has stated that the applicants are the legal heirs of Prity

2 / 2 13.caf3055.948.2025 original appellant, who were not aware about the appeal filed by their father. Hence, there is a delay in filing this application for bringing the applicants on record.

The civil application is allowed.

The delay of 650 days is hereby condoned. The abatement is set aside.

Permission granted to bring the legal heirs of the appellant on record.

6.

The applicants to amend the appeal within a period of two weeks.
