The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is giving up challenge to the order of invalidation. 3.

The petitioner was appointed against a post which was meant for Vimukta Jati (A) category candidate.

It is the case of the petitioner that since his services are terminated his candidature could have been considered on a supernumerary post in view of the existing policy of the State Government. In this background, we dispose of the writ petition with following directions.

The petitioner to make a representation for absorbing his services on a supernumerary post in view of the policy of the State Government. If such a representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, the decision on it be taken and communicated to the petitioner thereafter within six weeks.
