The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 976/2022 registered with Police Station Hinganghat, District Wardha for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

After going through the FIR, it can be seen that the allegations are that the applicant abused the complainant, when he was with his other staff member and obstructed him to do official duty. 4.

The medical report of the complainant supports the case of the prosecution. Thus, considering the allegations in the FIR, statement of witnesses and the medical report, I am of the opinion that, prima-facie involvement of the applicant is apparent. In such types of matters, some deterrence is necessary. Hence, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the applicant. Accordingly, I pass the following order: The criminal application is rejected.
