DATE : September 16, 2019 The plaintiff is aggrieved by the order passed by the trial Court refusing permission to examine the witness. The trial Court has observed that after the plaintiff examined himself he closed his side. Thereafter the defendants also examined their witnesses. It is thereafter that the plaintiff has moved the present application.

Considering the stage at which the said application has been moved, I am not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. The plaintiff is at liberty to challenge the order passed below Exhibit114 in appeal if occasion arises. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
