DATED : 20-01-2020 Heard Shri S.K. Sable, learned Counsel for the applicants/appellants. These are the applications for condonation of delay and restoration of the appeal. The delay is of 31 days in filing application for restoration of the appeal. Learned Counsel Shri S.K. Sable has submitted that office objections could not be removed due to mistake on the part of the counsel and, therefore, has submitted that applicants/appellants should not suffer for the mistake on the part of counsel and, therefore, prays to condone the delay and restore the appeal. The applications are strongly apposed by Shri N.P. Lambat, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

Looking to the grounds, the delay is condoned and the appeal is restored to file.
