By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order dated 28.06.2023 passed by the Special Court under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, who has rejected the application for bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, and in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court, I have shown my disinclination to entertain the appeal, therefore, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. 3.
