The Administrator (Tahsildar, Mangrulpir), has moved this application because of directions of this Court contained in paragraph no.26 of its order dated 01.02.2016 in Writ Petition No. 5104/2014 and other connected matters.

He has already served a charge sheet upon the Headmaster and sought necessary permission of Education Officer to suspend him pending inquiry. That permission is also granted by the department. 4.

Hence, in this situation, without observing

Order 2808caw2002.18 anything on the merits of the controversy and without prejudice to the defence available to Headmaster Shri V.N. Garde, we allow this application and grant applicant necessary permission in terms of prayer clause (1).

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
