Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In short, his submission is that despite seeking compassionate appointment, the petitioner's request has not been decided, even though a specific observation to that effect has been made in the communication dated 24.11.2022 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Amravati (page 45) 2.

He, therefore, submits that his grievance would stand redressed, if the authorities are directed to act in accordance with the communication dated 24.11.2022.

He also relies upon the communication dated 10.07.2019 (page 38) issued by the Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati.

Accordingly, we direct respondent No.3 to act upon the communications dated 24.11.2022, issued by the nd.thawre

2/2 Deputy Commissioner, and 10.07.2019, issued by the Education Officer, within a period of eight weeks from today, subject to there being no other legal impediment 5.

If there exists any legal impediment in deciding the matter, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
