DATE : 20/10/2022 CIVIL APPLICATION (APPP) NO. 1675 OF 2022 It is stated that against the impugned order appeal lies, but by mistake the application has been filed and the order is challenged by filing application. It is stated that this mistake can be rectified.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the rejection of this application would cause delay. Therefore, this application is allowed.

Application be converted into appeal and registered as such. The applicant is allowed to make KOLHE

The prayer to join the victim as respondent No.2, is allowed.

After correction, issue notice to the respondent No.2, returnable in two weeks. The in charge of the concerned Police Station shall ensure the service of notice to respondent No.2.
