The learned Counsel for the applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for grant of permission to withdraw the balance amount deposited by the appellant.

The appellant has filed the appeal challenging the exorbitant compensation given to the claimants by the the reference Court.

Considering the urgency, 30% amount with accrued interest is allowed to withdraw with solvent surety/security.

4.

The Registry is directed to release 30% amount after obtaining the usual undertaking and verifying the bank documents.
