DATE : March 01, 2019 In view of the judgment in First Appeal 268/2005 and other connected appeals decided today wherein this Court has confirmed the amount of compensation granted by the Reference Court at the rate of Rs.75,000/- per hectare and as the present proceedings arise from the same Notification and the land is situated in the same village, for the reasons recorded in the aforesaid judgment, this appeal stands dismissed no orders as to costs. Adjudication in L.A.C.No.18/1993 stands confirmed. The claimant is at liberty to withdraw the balance amount of compensation with accrued interest.
