After hearing this matter for quite some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if there is change in circumstances.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted, subject to the condition that the change in circumstances would occur only after pendency of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the competent authority for a long period of time which would be anything above one year. This is considering the fact that the misuse of the premises found to be proved by the competent authority, as reflected in the order dated 27.06.2022 is quite serious. Disposed of accordingly.
