The petitioner and respondent No.4 are the real brother and the CL-III licence stood in the name of their mother Taibai.

The said licence to transfer in the name of respondent No.4 to which the petitioner is objected. 3.

Such objection is under enquiry before the Collector.

That being so, we direct the petitioner to appear before the Collector on 17.12.2024, who shall decide the rival claim expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of appearance.

The issue about tenability of the objection of the petitioner shall also be looked into.

6.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
