Action to encash Bank Guarantee initiated by respondents on 08.08.2016 matured on 12.08.2016, this Court passed restraining orders on 11.08.2016 and it was served upon respondents on 12.08.2016. Thus, after 11.08.2016, respondents have not taken any positive steps and only got the fruit of action already taken.

In this situation, we do not see any contempt. With liberty to petitioner to take such other steps as are open to it in law, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition. No costs.
