01] Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

02] Learned counsel for the Appellant states that SLP, filed by the Acquiring Body challenging the order of this Court in connected matter dismissing the delay condonation application, has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and hence, the order of this Court, in dismissing the delay condonation application, has not been challenged by the Acquiring Body. He, therefore, states that the Acquiring Body has no objection to disburse the amount to the Respondents/Original Claimants as per the award of the Reference Court.

03] Since the judgment and award of the Reference Court has attained finality, the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body be disbursed to the Respondents/Original Claimants in
