DATED : August 29, 2019 None for the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasion on 03.08.2019, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Pursis dated 18.11.2014 has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 in which it has been stated that during the course of hearing of the writ petition on earlier occasion, the respondent no.1 was directed to obtain instructions as to whether the petitioner had been given credit of earned leave and provident fund, in view of the fact that he had superannuated on 28.02.2009.
As per the said pursis, on verification of the records it has been stated that the benefits of earned leave and provident fund were paid to the petitioner in the light of the adjudication in Writ Petition No.329/1991. The petitioner was taken on time-scale from 16.10.1971. Similarly the benefits as per revised pay scale have been paid after superannuation with retrospective effect.
The copy of the aforesaid pursis has been served on the counsel for the petitioner on 17.11.2014. There is no further response on the part of the petitioner. Thus accepting the statements made in the aforesaid pursis, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. JUDGE Andurkar.
