This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the Court on 26.03.2018. The total amount deposited is Rs.5,13,037/- (Rupees Five Lacs Thirteen Thousand and Thirty Seven Only) 3.

Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that as per the settlement, out of Rs.5,13,037/-, the amount of Rs.4,95,034/- (Rupees Four Lacs Ninety Five Thousand and Thirty Four Only) has to be paid to respondent No.1 and balance amount of Rs.18,003/- is required to be paid to the appellants with accrued interest. 4.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
